Michael King is an attorney at Lachman King with expertise in both real estate litigation and real estate transactions. Mr. King earned his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law (magna cum laude), where he earned distinction as the recipient of the Jurisprudence Award in Research, Writing, and Analysis.
Mr. King served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Research, Writing and Analysis and continued his commitment to excellence in legal writing as a Chapter Contributor for the Institute for Continued Legal Education (ICLE) in Michigan Basic Practice Handbook, Sixth Edition: Basic Michigan Evidence.
Mr. King is an active member of the State Bar of Michigan's Negligence Law, Real Property Law, Insurance and Indemnity Law, and Young Lawyers Sections. He is also a member of the State Bar of Michigan’s Real Property Law Section’s Legislative Committee.
Mr. King enjoys spending time outdoors, enjoying the varied terrain of Michigan real property on trails, beaches, golf courses and ski hills.
